My girlfriend is moaning at me and I think I need to do something about it.
I am only 26 and it has just started in the past few months!
Simply brushing my teeth does not work for long, maybe an hour and then my breath starts getting bad again, so I think there is a deeper problem.
Any effective methods?
Thanks, I have never even thought about brushing my tongue.
I will try that.

I just want to know what foods can really stink up your breath the most so I can avoid them and maintain good breath. Thanks in advance to those who answer.

Apart from listerine or bad breath pills, what other natural herbs/ food can prevent bad breath? Help meeeeeeeee
I can’t possibly drink water 24/7!
Thank you

I have post nasal drip, i don’t have bad breath coming from my nose so that’s irrelevant. I clean the back of my tongue every morning and my tonsil twice a month.
I don’t take medication, live a healthy life, only thing is i have bad breath any suggestion.
Please no silly answers like brush your teeth or use mouthwash.

You can find the story on The Drudge Report. According to the news story, he has been on the job for 40 years and supports his 81-year-old mother. He says he has stopped eating garlic, now uses mouthwash and has been taking breath mints on the job. Even tenants of the building have taken up for him and say his job was only to open the door, not to open his mouth.
