A friend of mine has gums that bleed a lot and a severe case of bad breath. It’s so bad that it can be smelled from across a room. What is causing this?

My friend has bad breath so bad it stinks up an entire room. He brushes regularly but never flosses. Could this be the reason? He went to the dentist, has no decay, no cavities, yet his mouth smells like a sewer. ????????

Yorkie has started coughing exspecialy after drinking, and breath has realy got bad and realy can smell it wean he barks vet says hes drinking to fast and dogs have bad breath but it just started and denta bones dont help?

We recently switched from Natural Choice dry food for puppies to Science Diet and noticed a chance in her breath. It obvious that the cause is Science Diet just by smelling the bag and food itself.

Has anyone else noticed this?
Anyone have any opinions about Natural Choice dry food for pups?
Oh, I do give her canned food mixed in.

I was in the singles and dating section and someone was talking about severe halitosis (bad breath). How does one get rid of awful awful breath? And if a person is going out on a date, what is the best breath freshener out there?

I know it’s temporary but specifically how long?

we have tried just about everything to cure his bad breath….except brushing his teeth…yuck

I hate the idea of having bad breath, it’s almost like a phobia. I always pick the onions out of my food and usually don’t eat garlic. How long does bad breath last after these things? I know garlic is worse.

my dad said hello to me nd said that i needed to brush my teeth– just looking out for me. i was chewing stride gum this morning, had pizza for lunch, and had doublemint gum about 2 hours later.
i can still taste the minty flavor… so does gum cause bad breath?

My partner has had bad breath for a while now. I’ve noticed lately he hasn’t been brushing every night. He says it makes him gag. I can’t stand the smell anymore. I’m trying to stay away from him but at times it is unavoidable. He obviously can’t smell it but I can. I have a bit of a problem being confrontational and saying something to him. What should I do?

Let’s say im in a hurry and i forgot to brush and i have no gum or mint’s and my breath is kickin, what’s a neat little trick for making it smell half way decent.

I do know there are lots of factor causing bad breath.
I want to know specifically about certain food, fruits or vegetables we should avoid for this reason… at least for certain occasion!

I have a mild sore throat i think its because its summer and im going to sleep at 3 am everyday and waking up at 11 am…
MY aunt toold me i have bad breath and my throat feels dry and so does my mouth.
IS my breath smelling because of the sore throat?

I’m sorry, I should have stated that my dog is a 12 year old Black Lab, one of two that I love dearly. She gets regular vet appointments, and I had her teeth cleaned just a couple of months ago, and brush them regularly. She was at the vet one month ago for her check up. All is well, but this breath thing. Will try all healthy sugestions.

yeah at the beginning it give you fresh minty breath but later on after like, i dont know, 30 mins or so you get bad breath.
Why?
Is there a way to prevent it?
