I get my teeth cleaned reguarly, no one has said anything (but most people won’t) no one looks funny or moves away, but I have smelled bad breath on other people and they just talk away and have no clue that their breath is offensive. I don’t want to be one of those people. How can I check my breath?

i breath most of the time in my mouth. having dry mouth all the time

Like I know it causes bad breath, but how bout body odor. I’m worried because I’m in track and field doing sprinting and jumping. I dont wanna have bad body odor because Im sweating, you know?

And also would being on the low carb diet be a bad idea if im in track?
