Just before I leave the house I brush my teeth properly, but still when I’m out and about I still manage to get really bad breath, which puts people off severely… are there any HOME remedies I could use?

Most bad breath comes from the tongue. There are bacteria that grow and live in the crevices of the tongue, and when they grow to maturity, they emit a sulfurous odor. To get rid of bad breath, you need to remove this bacteria, and your toothbrush bristles cannot reach down in there to pull it out. There is only one product I know of that can remove the bacteria completely, and that is the Orabrush. Although it’s not a home remedy, it is cheap compared to other solutions around the Internet. Check it out at http://www.Orabrush.com. I have been using mine for a couple months now, and I am extremely happy with it!
Mouthwash, mints…
Just brush your teeth with a minty toothpaste that’ll work do it right after you eat in the morning
