BAD BREATH…………………………..?

i have had bad breath since i was tiny. i brush my teeth twice a day and i eat chewing gum which disguises the smell. i am a very confident person but without a packet of chewing gum i get very self concious becausei knowit will start to smell.. any one got any good suggestions on how to getrid of it for good. thank you xxx

If this is a chronic problem I suggest you tell your doctor. Your breath problem could be caused from beyond your mouth.
eat healthy (im sure u gotta know wats healthy)
use mouthwash everytime after u brush (morn and nite)
Better to see dentist, however I have same problem too. I hate it.

go to a mirror and stick your tongue out , if you notice any spots (this can cause bad breath) or anything you should go to the doctors and they can give you cream for it.
If not try mouthwash after brushing teeth in the morning and carry a travel size mouthwash for bad breath emergencies ,avoid garlic, brush your tongue with your toothbrush
I recently heard, according to a study, 80% of bad breath comes from the tongue, which means that you should wash your tongue just like you wash your teeth (especially the very end part of the tongue). I don’t know how true this is but try it. Check this out:

And also, if you eat too much stuff like onions and garlic, try to minimize and cut them off your diet, because bad breath comes also from the stomach.
i have the same problem. try to eat foods that dont make ur breath bad. such as-doritos, fish, ect…
if u dont use dental floss, try to get some minty kind.
and get a better brand of toothpaste- "colgate" or "crest"
