Try rinsing with hydrogen peroxide. Not all the time but just for a like a week then buy a mouthwash like Listerine but use it only at night.
Make sure you are gargling it in the back of your throat that's where most bad breath comes from.

Make sure you have regular bowel movements, it will effect your breath. Also a simple help is gum or breath mints when you can.

Keep mouthwash (like Listerine) handy. Also floss when you brush - this gets rid of stuff that can cause bad breath. Another thing to do is to gently scrape your tongue (use a spoon) to remove bacteria.

reason most bacteria is on the tongue & is harder to get clean

um, well, you should try brushing the back of your tongue, if you don't already. if that doesn't help, try different toothpastes. some can leave your mouth dry, and that may produce different smelling bacteria. other things, if you haven't tried already, mouth wash before and after you brush, chewing gum, those breath strips. if none of this helps, you may just have an over production of bacteria in your mouth, which isn't anything harmful. i'm sure if you ask a doctor, or your dentist they can advise you on how to get rid of your bad breath.

Here are some tips/home remedies....

*Always keep some mouthwash handy.

*You can buy some mints and pop a few in your mouth after you eat.

*You could always carry a toothbrush with you and brush after meals.

*It might be your toothpaste that makes your breath smell bad.Maybe you should change toothpastes.

*You can always buy some minty gum and chew a piece after you eat or whenever the bad breath strikes.

Well....that's all I have for now. Hope this helped and good luck !

well this would be called halitosis. this is caused by the collection of bacteria in the back of your mouth. In some cases, if you suffer from constant tonsilitist (inflamation of the tonsils) then pockets form in the tonsils, which then collect food and stuff. After a while, you will notice some white build up in the back of your throat. Now the gross part of this is that in order to get rid of the bad breath, you would have to clean your tonils. (this can be hard, because you have to reach in the back of your throat). You can help stop the process by brushing after each meal (and brush as far as your toothbrush can go, or until you get to the back of your tounge), flossing, gargling with mouthwash and carrying breath mints with you. I hope this will help you because i have this problem too.

Go to therabreath.com for an explanation of where bad breath comes from. Most products only mask the bad breath with a minty smell for a few minutes, but the odour still remains underneath so when the minty smell wears off, the bad breath is still there. You need a product work to eliminate the cause of the odour. Therabreath is only sold in the USA as far as I know so u need to get it delivered if u live outside the US. In Ireland and UK there is a range of products (toothpaste, mouthwash, spray) called RetarDex which is sold in pharmacies (definitely in Boots) and works in the same way as Therabreath. Both RetarDex and Therabreath products, eg their toothpaste and mouthwash, work instantly and on-contact to get rid of bad breath.More expensive than ordinary toothpaste etc but so worth it!
Also remember to drink plenty of water to avoid dry mouth, and clean the tongue, especially back of tongue, when brushing teeth.
