sometimes it could be that you eat alot of foods with iron(milk, yogurt, eggs….) the iron is too much so it goes out thru your mouth. The iron has been in your stomach for a while , which it probaly mixed with other chemicals making it smell bad.
brush you tongue
eat good food….
Alot of times you have a cavity or something to that effect. We had a resident at work who had very bad breath- we done everything, brushed her teeth, used rinses, special toothpaste- Her family called and made her a dentist apt. After she had her cavities filled and her teeth cleaned by the dentist it helped ALOT. Almost like ‘the decaying of the tooth was causing the odor’ as soon as it was fixed we saw a big improvement in her breath. I would recommend going to the dentist regularly (every 6 months) to keep up on your oral care. Also, the dentist might have something that can help with that. (yogurt with live active cultures in it kills bacteria germs that cause bad breath. Eat yogurt with live active cultures daily, that might also help) Good Luck!!
floss, brush tongue, eat food, drink water, mouthwash
I would go to the dentist. There could be some type of infection going on with your gums or inside a tooth that you don’t even know about. It’s common, I went to dental assisting school.
Eat the correct foods. no junk. eat chewy alot aswell.
Brush your tonuge, mouthwash, gargle.
If you’re stilll getting bad breath talk to a doctor.
you may need a deep cleaning, there may be bacteria deep into your gums, try to stay hydrated, drink lots of water, if may be your digestive system.
Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth and don’t swallow. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/
You are to be complimented on solving your bad breath. Most bad breath comes from bacteria on the top of the tongue which produce the bad smells. This bacteria can be seen as "white stuff"on the tongue, especially on the back of the tongue. This must be removed to get rid of bad breath. Mints, gum, mouthwash will cover up bad breath for a short time but they do not cure bad breath. Brush and floss your teeth and then clean your tongue with OraBrush tongue cleaner. This is what I use and I control my bad breath.
