Bad breath!?
I experience a metallic taste in my mouth 24/7 and when im in small spaces I can actually smell my own breath its that bad. Even when I breath out of my nose it gives off a bad smell. I have a white coating on my tongue which I think might be the problem and sometimes cough up wee white lumps from my tonsils.
Ive been to my doctors and dentist several times regarding this and they have treated me for oral thrust and give me antiboitics but nothing has worked and they dont know what it is. Its affecting my work and social life.
Has anyone ever experienced this problem and if you can you please give me some advise.

Bad breath is a serious social problem for many people regardless of age and status in life. Brushing the teeth to remove plaque and tartar helps, as does treating canker sores that may appear on the gums and taking other steps to maintain good oral hygiene. Unless bad breath is kept under control by tooth brushing and flossing and where necessary, the use of antibacterial products at http://www.oramd.com/bad-breath.htm the condition will recur.
I can smell you from here, Lol.
No it happens to all man !!!!!!!!
Bad breath is caused by bacterias on toungue rather than by teeth, try Cinnamon, no harm just try.
Since you have already consulted doctors and they have tried to help you out, I really dont know how effective this will be. But try chewing Cardamom. It may improve the situation and it is healthy too.
wishes..
it is that stuff in your tonsils. the only cure is to have them removed. and you need to clean all that stuff out of there and you will feel better.
keeping bad bacteria in the mouth at bay can be very helpful in eliminating bad breath. build up your defense system by keeping saliva going in the mouth, you can also keep mouth hydrated by drinking adequate amount of fluids. keep an eye to proper oral hygiene, make sure you brush and floss teeth properly every after meal. visit a dental expert to be able to determine what is the underlying cause of your bad breath. for more tips to beat bad breath visit http://www.themouthdoctor.com
Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. Tea tree oil can also cure gum disease, which is possibly the cause of your bad breath. More useful remedies at

Bump up your oral hygiene routine and start with all natural products that are free of chemicals and artificial fragrances. Those with real peppermint and tea tree oil are ultra concentrated and ultimately do a superior job at fighting stinky mouth odor. Here is my quick, fail safe guide to oral hygiene!
Brush- I love my Oral-B electric toothbrush, but you can use any soft bristle brush. The trick here is to brush for at least two minutes at a 45 degree angle. You want to get the bristles under the gum line where food particles linger.
Toothpaste- Jason’s Power Smile tooth gel is fantastic for your gums. It contains pummeled bamboo that gently sloughs away tartar and plaque, leaving your mouth minty fresh and tingly!
Floss– I have tried every brand on the market and while Desert Essence tea tree floss is pretty amazing, I can’t help but go back to my ultimate preferred floss Glide Dento tape — it rocks! You must take your time and be gentle. Slowly glide up and under the gum line on either side of the tooth. You can brush again after this if you have a very hot date.
Dr. Tung’s tongue scraper will lift the filiform papillae (the little hair-like flaps of the tongue) and gently scrape away any bacteria, mostly sulfur left over from food. Simply follow the instructions on the package.
Mouthwash- Make sure that your mouthwash is devoid of alcohol, as it can erode the gum line. My favorite: Jason’s Power Smile or Jason’s Healthy Mouth — both excellent and packed with plant oils and extracts of clove, peppermint and tea tree.
Drops and sprays– Two that make my mouth happy are Sunny Greens liquid chlorophyll and Del one Drop honey/chlorophyll breath freshener. Chlorophyll is a good idea in general as it is a powerhouse deodorizer. To that end, you can pretty much eat any dark green vegetable and you will reap the benefits.
