I use to have the same problem ( don’t tell anyone) and I tried Chewing gum brushing my teeth and i tried Bubble gum, but nothing worked. Then I tried the Little drops of mint things And it worked. Don’t let people tell you to get a tic tac that only works for a minute or so. I hope I helped.
Floss, and see your dentist he would be your best bet
mouthwash maybe…
or try brushing your tongue or getting one of those tongue scappers. the tongue usually holds a lot of old nasty stuff on it.
watch…scrape it and you’ll see all the nasty spit that be on it.
Floss more often, and use mouthwash.
I love scope!
Also breath mints work, breath strips, etc.
Don’t eat odor causing foods like onions a lot, that will also make stinky breath!
See your dentist if none of these work!
Hope I helped!
From personal experience brushing your tongue thoroughly (not rough) and eating an apple helps.
get a tongue scraper! Most of the ‘bad breath’ comes from your tongue!
what do you brush your teeth with? onions? cheddar cheese? cat crap?
Sometimes it happens from an empty stomach or what you eat. It stays in your system and comes out through your breath. Try eating natural for a few days and see what happens.
it could be a sing of gum disease you should ask your dentist on advice about your bad breath
Tongue scraping is good. I use a spoon, you could also buy a scraper at the store, it would be together with floss & toothbrushes. I try to go way to the back of my tongue, even if it makes me gag a little. That way, you’re really cleaning efficiently.
go to the dentist asap. don’t be a cheapskate and skip it. usually abnormal levels of bacteria or other gum disease cause bad breath.
You could have tonsilliths they are small usually round small soft stones that form in the crevices on your tonsils. They are made up of white blood cells, bacteria and food particles, you can try to brush your tonsils if your gag reflex will allow it gargling can help loosen them also! Once your aware they exist you can get them out! Maybe a waterpik could loosen them. The bigger your tonsil crevices the worse the problem could be! Good Luck!
sounds to me like u have hailitosis ……look at the website i gave u and read up on it…… and here is what to do for it
Drink lots of fluids to flush the tongue and keep it clean. Fluids also help prevent mouth dryness, which promotes bacterial growth.
Rinse and gargle with a mouthwash before bed to reduce bacterial growth overnight.
Eat a healthful breakfast, to stimulate the flow of saliva, which helps keep the tongue clean.
Brush and floss your teeth at least once a day, preferably before bed.
Regularly and carefully scrape the back of your tongue with a plastic tongue cleaner. Gently scraping the tongue keeps bacteria from building up.
Please try this: use a mouth wash in the morning for 20-30 seconds before you brush your teeth. Do the same at night. If that doesn’t help, see your doctor. You may have a minor infection (or an abscess).
If flossing and immaculate hygiene have not helped, you have gum problems or cavities. Decay stinks, regardless of whether it’s bacterial decay under your gums or the decay of a tooth. It’s time to go to the dentist.
