I brush my teeth and my tongue every morning, and I use mouthwash and leave for school with mint gum in my mouth. About an hour or so later, there is a bad breath taste, and I don’t want to talk, because I know it kind of stinks. What can I do? I’m really self-conscious about it.

Also, my armpits sweat quite a bit. I usually have to wear a different shirt instead of the harder plasticy fabric shirts that everyone else wears so it doesn’t show. I have tried 3 kinds of deodorant-antipersperants, and they are OK, but they’re aren’t taking care of the job. What can I do? Someone suggested Drysol antipersperant. What should I do about this?

One more thing. My feet are pretty smelly when I take my sneakers off. And my feet sweat when I wear a certain pair of flip-flops that I really like. What can I do to stop the sweating?

I am 14. I never used to sweat like this and have bad breath like this before I hit puberty. Will it stay? Or will it pass? Thank you SOOO much!
