You have to get agood gag reflex, and take a c-tip and pull them back and check, if there is white stuff back there ,drag that mess out with the cu-tip. I check routinely and if I get the slightest bad taste in my mouth I know to check behind my tonsils. May suond crazy but it is true. I do it as my regular cleaning. I have a thing about clean teeth and clean breathe.Major Altoid user also, clears sinuses too!
