If it is a large cyst it could be pushing against your large intestine and slowing down your digestive system (causing constipation). Could just be something in your body chemistry to react that way or an infection or such that is mouth related? If it's short lived and doesn't seem to happen otherwise I'd mention this to your ob/gyn and ask them if there is a connection and if so why.
