If you don’t eat or drink anything or very little it can cause bad breath because the majority of what’s in your stomach is stomach acid. So this means that you will get bad breath, it’s similar to why many people get "morning breath."
I suppose, but bad breath is usually caused by germs on the tongue believe or not, but it’s not excluded to other possibilities. These germs are what usually causes bad breath. The extreme would be something like gingivitus,(however you spell it lol) but I wouldn’t worry about that. Brushing the tongue a bit or using the toothbrush with the tongue pad on the back can help gentle brush away those germs and mouthwash helps too Or gum But yeah water can help with digestion, because a part is because of stomach acid sitting in the stomach.
It can certainly be one of the simpler causes of bad breath. Brush your teeth after every time you eat (carry a two-piece travel toothbrush and a very small tube of toothpaste). Carry a small water bottle, and drink about four ounces of water every hour or so. I have a rectangular plastic water bottle that size that I bought at a chain drug store. It includes a closable lid and a short straw.
See if this helps. A few days of consistent trial should be enough to tell. If the problem persists, first cut out onion, garlic, and highly spiced foods. Second, get a water pick of some kind to blast out food particles from between your teeth. If there’s still a problem, it would be time to consult a dentist.
yes, water helps to dilute the toxins and to flush them out
it could
Dry mouth can cause it, but a dry mouth can be caused by things other than not drinking enough water. It should be an easy thing to try though.
Yes. If you are not drinking enough water, your breath can be foul.
