What else can? How to treat it? Will everyone remember me this way?
What if that doesn’t work?

You need to see an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) Doctor NOW. You may be looking at something more serious than you realize. We all have Staph growing in our nose and you may have an overgrowth of it and that can be a problem.
An ENT can treat this or sometimes surgery is required to remove it all.
Please make an appointment today and have this problem seen about.

been there and done that!
floss once a day and brush at least twice a day, include your tongue.
Yes. Keeping your body happy (i.e. hydrated, not sick) will help you avoid unpleasant odors. Diet is also crucial.
Sinus problems will generally not cause much problem, though you should see a doctor if sinus problems persist, antibiotics are generally the only way to fully flush them out. Lack of water definitely can its the most essential thing for healthy body.
You have to drink water, if your sinuses are clogged up and you breathe from your mouth it will get dry and cause bad breath. The main thing that you want to do is keep your sinuses clear. If you have a yellow or greenish discharge when you blow your nose you should see a Dr for some antibiotic. I doubt people are going to have a lasting memory about it, chew gum?
Here are some things that I use for keeping my sinus congestion to a minimum:
1. Drink plenty of water each day; avoid caffeinated drinks that will dehydrate you.
2. Some type of humidifier at home.
3. A saline gel that you use in your nostrils to relieve dryness fast, the two I know of are simply saline gel or ayr. http://www.drugstore.com/qxp11581_333181_sespider/ayr/saline_nasal_gel_with_soothing_aloe.htm
4. Breathe right nose strips are a godsend, they really work great.

5. A neti pot, I have been using a one for 15 yrs or so, I use it daily, year round. At first look they are kind of freaky but they are perfectly safe and you only use saline, which is used by doctors to hydrate the body. I use mine a couple of times a day when I have the heat on. It really does wonders for dry sinuses. The saline washes out mucous and allergens and is very soothing for inflamed tissues. Make sure you follow the directions on mixing the saline. You want to use a non-idiodized salt, such as sea salt, kosher salt, or a pharmaceutical grade salt.
