I recently noticed my gums have receded some on the front bottom teeth. My gums are a little bit red but I don’t have any bleeding or bad breath. I had Gingivitis when I was a teen and had the bleeding and etc. then but this time there’s nothing. I switched dentists then because she didn’t do anything to help me with it. I went to my 2nd regular dentist last week and he just told me to brush and floss more often. I brush and floss 3 times a day and use mouthwash 2 times a day. I also quit smoking which has made any bad breath I had before go away. He didn’t say anything about gum disease or anything about me possibly having it. He just cleaned/examined my teeth like normal. I made an appointment with a periodontist to get checked because receding gums isn’t normal. If I find out I have gum disease I would be very angry at my dentist. He’s supposed to be an expert in gum disease and has built his practice around preventing it and treating people who have it. That’s why I switched to him

I have bad breath all the time. I brush my teeth twice a day for about 2 minutes and i floss. but after half an hour, my breath starts to smell bad. Gum only helps for a short time.
Is there anything i can do to stop it once and for all?

I also have braces, if that contributes to the problem.

I have nasal drip, no matter how much i rinse with listerine, brush my teeth I get bad breath. Chewing gum helps but I can’t chew it all the time.

shortly after I brush away all the crap in my mouth, my mouth dries up and starts reeking.

In class, i’ll realize my breath smells totally TERRIBLE. And the only minty gum i can have that doesn’t burn my mouth is 5 gum cobalt. Then i slip a piece of gum and i think it is all better but im not sure. ALSO i brush my teeth like i should sooooo???

5 gum is the only minty gum that doesn’t burn my mouth because my mouth is EXTREMELY sensitive. When i start chewing i forget i have bad breath but i still wonder if my breath smells bad. Any Help?? Also i am willing to try different gum!

I do have sever dental problems please tell me a easy home remedy, also to whiten teeth.

I have a 10 month old Siamese kitten that has bright red gums and bad breath. I have taken her to the vet multiple times and the vet is stumped. The kitten doesn’t appear to have any discomfort eating. We have given her lysine. Her teeth are pearly white. We have tested her for FeLV and FIV. Both came back negative. I have three cats all of which are indoor cats. She is the only one exhibiting any symptoms. Any ideas what it could be?

yeah, I have bad breath, i’m sure of it, always conscious of it, always chewing gum, brushing my teeth but i feel like the smell always comes back. If I mask the smell with chewing gum, and kiss someone, will they be able to tell I have bad breath?
