A few months ago i had my teeth cleaned by the dentist.
I started to brush everyday since then and i have to admit sometimes i didnt brush before i went to sleep cause i was too sleepy
But ive been brushing my teeth regularly and brushing my tongue everyday in the morning, and before sleeping.
But my breath always seems to smell bad after 5 minutes. I even started to brush 4 times a day and it still doesnt get rid of the smell.
Ive used mouth wash. But im not sure what to do. But breath smells bad and now im loosing my confidence to speak to other people in class and be outgoing. Ive just started high school. I’m paranoid about my bad breath its bothering me soooooooooooooooo much.
Im only 14 any suggestions on how to help me? and if you know, and home remedies then can you tell me? (:

Sick and just seeking some feedback?
Before going to the doctor I was curious what anybody thinks of my situation.

I got sick a day ago. I spiked a 103 temperature, and my lower back hurt so bad I was in tears…literally and I am tough cookie who hardly ever cries.

Today the back does not hurt as it did last night but now my glands are really swollen I can feel them when I swallow. Anybody else experiencing this? did you go to the doctor right away or just let it run its course.

The reason I am asking this is because in late 2000 I got mononucleosis so bad that I had to go the ER because my glands were swollen to the point of me not being able to breath and I am paranoid about swollen glands now.

This guy I like is pretty swell. Unfortunately his breath isn’t. I have to hold my breath when he laughs if he’s close to me. *sigh* The smell reminds me of my retainers after I’ve slept in them. Not cute.

So how do I remedy this? Give him gum until he starts buying it himself? Or should I mention it?

I just went to the hospital last night and was diagnosed with mild bronchitis. The doctor that checked me was a lung specialist so im hoping he diagnosed me right but all he did was check my blood pressure and temp and listened to my lungs and said he didnt hear any fluid in them so he wasnt going to do a blood test or chest x ray. He prescribed me some prodnisone and have me a breathing treatment then told me it was okay for me to go home.

I have had this for five days and it keeps getting worse each day and now tonight my chest lungs back and throat hurt me so bad it feels like i have something heavy laying in my chest and i keep having this fluid coming up my throat like i keep having to constantly clear my throat and im having problems breathing. It feels like my lungs are restricted like im not getting enough air .

Im so scared and dont know what to do . my parents dont have health care and already paid thousands of dollars the other night from taking me to the hospital . If i go tonight my parents will be so much in dept .

I have bad anxiety as well . is this my anxiety panic attack idk im scared help please!!!!

I have a miniature daschund that just has the WORST breath!! You can smell it when she’s licking herself even if you’re a few feet away. It’s so bad that I can’t let her get really close to me because it is just a gagging smell. Do any of you know any home remedies? I can go buy something but I’d prefer something I can make from home, that’s safe of course.
She’s a little over 3 years old now.

We also have horses, and our dogs just LOVE to eat their poop, except the rest of our dogs don’t have such bad breath. I’ve also caught her licking another one of our dogs butts and I stop that as soon as I see it.

I’ve got a dog toothbrush but I’ve yet to use it, I’ll try that first thing in the morning and if it doesn’t work I’ll take her to the vet.

okay os i have braces, but this problem was even b4 i got my braces. i brush twice a day, i floss, scrape my tonge and i STILL have bad breathe and its so bad liek il be out somewehre and it smellss so bad WHAT DO I DO?? HELPPPPP
does any onek now any hope remedies or anythign i could stir up at home, ive tried washing my mouth wiht salt water and i’ve tried eating a certain type of leaf in the moring that makes your breath fresh but it only lasts liek for an hour or two.
