Soak it over night in mouthwash and rinse it off if you have to give it to the baby. A gentle tooth paste is FINE. If he has teeth he should be brushing. You should always rinse mouth before sleeping and after meals. YUKKY

Does he sleep with a bottle or take one right before bed? That could be your problem because the sugars in the milk are decaying and causing the odor.
