gum, i really like the trident tropical twist, and one good reason is because you can actually blow some bubbles with this gum

breathmints are deceiving- most are full of sugar, which creates plaque build up, which causes bad breath. Once the mint is gone, the nasty breath will come through. Gum is better. I like Trident Tropical. It’s like a party in your mouth!
I always buy sugarfree gums like Carefree speariment or Oritz original.
Brush your teeth, floss and use Listerine.

Gum doesen’t have a wierd aftertaste.
I like both. It depends when I am using it. It is just for after a meal..breathmints. If I really want fresh breath and can’t brush..gum.

Gum- Dentyne Ice or Oribit or Winterfresh, i like the wintergreen kind.

well actually i would perfer brushing your teeth but if you asking how to cover it up then i would perfer both gum and breath ments………………………… but you wouldnt have that problem if you would brush you teeth once in a while…………………………… hope this helps.
