Does staying up late n taking supper lately cause bad breath?

i dont no why my tongue has some yellowish things……help me please~~~i will give best answer if your suggestion really helpful~

You are a very observant person and I compliment you for that. You have observed the bacteria that grows on the top of your tongue. This bacteria is the major cause of bad breath. To cure bad breath you must remove this bacteria. Eating late in the evening does not, in itself cause bad breath, however, eating food late, without cleaning the tongue will leave food on the top of the tongue for the bacteria go grow on. The more they grow the more the bad breath. I highly recommend that you look into a very new tongue cleaner, OraBrush, which is both a brush and a scraper and cleans the bacteria off the tongue very efficiently. Staying up late and eating late at night does not by itself does not cause bad breath as long as you brush your teeth before going to bed.
Burning the candle from both ends can. Not sleeping enough can weaken your immune system and cause illness, and that can cause bad breath!
