Halitosis Question——I can smell my own breath.——-There is always a bad taste in my mouth.?

I’ve read and heard it said that people can’t smell their own breath to know that they have bad breath. I always can smell mine because I ……..ALWAYS HAVE A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.
I don’t need to cupp my hands over my mouth or anything.
If a person has halitosis and always has a bad taste in their mouth (somewhat still there even after brushing, gargling), where is the halitosis coming from? and what can be done about it?

Hey! You asked!
i have a similar problem. i normaly carry a load of mints and chewing gum to try to at least cover the smell
It’s not just your teeth..maybe you also have a problem on your stomache..visiting a doctor isn’t a bad idea..goodluck..
LMAO do what Nika says and scrape and brush your tongue everytime you brush (hopefully twice a day)
and STOP eating that Chili from 7Eleven
There are many causes of bad breath and to get rid of it your need to know what causes it first. If having proper dental health care and oral hygiene doesn’t work, ask your dentist about it, it my come from other causes. Good luck!
