That sounds like halitosis, go to the doc, he will advise as it is a fairly common illness.
mouth wash.
Mints. I also get a build up of salive when i speak,i have to keep swallowing.
I can’t help you with the spitting part but I can with bad breath. Make sure you brush your teeth twice daily, floss and also using your toothbrush gently brush your tongue. Also there are mouth washes available to get rid of the smell.
Carry some mints/gum around with you.
And for the spitting thing, yeah.
Just swallow before you talk, i’m the same about the whole spitting thing.
And yeah most likely, your doctor can help you.
Don’t be embarassed to go to the doctor’s, that is exactly what they are there for!
I can’t help you with the excess of saliva, but the bad breath can be tamed by looking at what you eat. Really bad breath often comes from the stomach as opposed to the mouth. Oviously, don’t eat any garlic or onions, but also avoid eating meat for awhile and drink plenty of water with lemon.
If you’re afrais of going to see a regular physician, a naturopath could probably help you even better and do wonders!
Good luck!
Don’t talk and use a mouthwash.
A sonic toothbrush is great for deep cleaning – teeth and gums.
Make sure that you brush the surface of your tongue twice each day – especially each morning.
A Waterpic (google it) will help to remove all the debris between your teeth or you could just floss. I find that the Waterpic is better.
Gargle with a mouthwash – Listerine or something.
You can make up your own mouthwash by mixing mint oil and sage oil in some water. Only use 3 drops of mint and 1 or 2 drops of the sage as they’re quite strong.
You shouldn’t be embarassed to mention it to your doctor. He’s not going to laugh at you or anything. Sometimes a problem with the digestive tract can lead to bad breath.
Try avoiding spicy foods and eat as much fruit and veg as you can. Stay away from junk and drink LOTS of water. Try to get one of those probiotic yoghurt drinks as well – they help the gut bacteria to flourish which helps digestion.
Try to quit smoking if you do smoke.
Fennel Tea can help digestion – drink a cup after meals – you can get it from the Health Food stores.
Chewing a leaf of fresh parsley is supposed to help, but the effect won’t last very long.
Hyoscine (you can buy it from the chemists in some countries) can dry up excess secretions ie – the spit. It won’t cure the problem though. You should visit the doctor to find out what’s causing you to produce it.
If you visit the Dentist then he’ll be able to ensure that your teeth and gums are okay…..a rotten tooth will cause a smell. Even if you’re not in pain, you could still have a dodgy one in there.
it depends on your age you need to see a dentist he can help you with these problems the spiting gets worse because of your nerves you are afraid you will spit and spit even more do you have bad breath how do you know see a dentist a lot of times we build things up into monsters only we can see if you don’t have rotten teeth or stomach problems you don’t have bad breath
brush your teeth
you do know that there are detists out there. they know everything about teeth. you should try visiting one once in a while.
If you don’t like dentists, my guess is that you haven’t had your teeth cleaned in quite some time. That is the first thing that needs to be done. To avoid the spitting, you need to keep your mouth moisturized. Drink water, chew gum, mints all help. Slow down your speech as well so you are able to swallow more frequently.
Good luck.
try to seek help from a doctor they will know what to recommend best. for bad breath maintain oral hygiene by properly brushing and flossing teeth. keep the mouth hydrated by drinking plenty of water and have a good all natural oral care product as a part of daily oral hygiene. for more tips in getting rid of bad breath visit http://www.oramd.com
to stop spitting:
try swallowing the saliva in your mouth before starting a conversation, and swallow more while talking. Also, dont talk with your face too close to the person you are talking to.
To stop bad breath:
i used to suffer from it, and once i started brushing twice a day, it stopped. Also try using mouthwash in between brushing.
