When I wake up in the morning, I always seem to have a really bad taste in my mouth. I think it’s because I sleep with my mouth open. How can I force my mouth to stay closed? or How can I stop the bad taste/breath?
I brush my teeth morning and night. I floss at night. I’ve tried listerine and it seems to help alittle but not enough.

Hey here are the website that provides information and solution to bad breath . The site also gives you the cutting-edge information. View the link below.
Try a tablespoon of Honey with a teaspoon of Cinnamon. Works great and tastes great.
when you wake up in the morning- you could get a glass of water and rinse your mouth a couple of times. then use listerine and make sure you brush all your tooths. you can’t really force your mouth to stay close coz your asleep
The bacteria that live on the top of your tongue grow during the night and produce byproducts that smell bad and produce a soft plaque. Good oral hygiene involves brushing and flossing the teeth, but most important, cleaning the top of the tongue with a high quality tongue cleaner. I like OraBrush because it has both a brush and a scraper and will clean out those deep indentations on the tongue. Learn more about the cause and cure of bad breath at http://www.orabrush.com
There is a protocol to follow for bad breath (halitosis) treatment. The "cure" may be as easy as removing some foods from your diet to improve your dental hygiene habits. But there are very complicated causes of halitosis that need very strong medical advice. You can read about the halitosis treatment protocol in this article:
