Bad breath is not a puzzle when you understand the primary cause which is the bacteria on the top of the tongue. This bacteria can be seen as "white stuff" on the back of your tongue. Morning breath is strong because this bacteria has been growing all night without being interupted. When you brush your teeth in the morning you cover up the bad breath or when you chew gum you cover up the bad breath. Brushing your teeth or chewing gum does not get rid of bad breath because they do not get rid of the bacteria on your tongue. So after you brush your teeth, clean your tongue. To be sure that you get rid of the white stuff use a very good tongue cleaner. I use OraBrush.
1. brush and floss
2. buy a tongue scraper/cleaner, it takes more than half of bad breath away
3. eat yogurt
You probably should brush your teeth three times a day like you are supposed to.
first of all u have to brush your teeth at least 3 times daily & also rinse your mouth with an antiseptic solution about 4 times daily
use mint spray
Bad breath has several reasons, simplest is oral hygiene, if you have plaque on your teeth (because yu do not brush your teeth regularly), or calculus deposit (hard plaque), sometimes hidden cavities in your teeth trap food remnants leading to bad breath, smoking, gastric (stomach) troubles may cause it as well, for more info contact me as ahmadhashem41 at yahoo
