How do you cure bad breath?

My breath always smells bad. I’ll brush my teeth, and use mouthwash. And 10 minutes later it smells like I haven’t even brushed them. How do I keep my breath smelling good?

it’s impossible to always have nice breath, but one thing people overlook is drinking a lot of water and swishing it around. It’s keeps the bad stuff from building up. Other than that, floss and if you don’t have a tongue scraper, you should get one. A lot of bad breath germs reside on the tongue and they need to be scraped off.
Brush your tongue, floss between teeth with anti-bacterial floss, and chew sugar-free chewing gum, and mints.
I just heard this the other day. They say there is a relatively simple surgery to stop bad breath. Maybe check this out with your doctor~~~

Disgusting, sorry, but I can’t stand it, it is insulting, sitting next to a person with bad breath is like sitting next to a sewer grating on the wall. Smoking is disgusting, and I actually hate people that smoke, personally. People whom smoke with the smoking attitude (The typical "cool" smoking attitude) will get an automatic 5% charm taken off before I even meet the person.
You are so observant. The correct answer to your question is found in knowing what really causes bad breath. Up to 90 % of bad breath comes from bacteria that grow on the top of your tongue and produce the bad smells. This bacteria can often be seen as white stuff on the tongue, especially in the back of the tongue. This must be removed to cure bad breath. Watch your consumption of foods such as alcohol, coffee (both caffeinated and decaffeinated), dense proteins (such as those found in dairy and meat products), garlic and onions, and sugars. These are all bad-breath offenders.
Try to breathe through your nose. Breathing through your mouth can lead to having a dry mouth, which creates a breeding ground for odor-causing bacteria.
Keep a regular log of your eating habits and medications, as these can cause bad breath. Share the log with your dentist.
