how to cure bad breath?

i have a bad breath and that comes from my stomach or mouth.can you help to find a cure for me?

You are right, most of your bad breath does come from your mouth because of the bacteria that are on the top of your tongue. You will be pleased to learn that the stomach is one of the least sources of bad breath. Look on the top of your tongue for some white stuff, especially on the back of your tongue. This bacteria must be removed to cure bad breath. Mints, gum, mouthwash, even toothpaste will cover up bad breath for a short time, but they do not cure bad breath because they do not get rid of the bacteria. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner because it is designed to clean the back of the tongue.

Use mouthwash that kills germs that cause bad breath, Listerine.
Buy minty gum, toothpaste, and mints! When you brush your teeth,
brush your tongue.

when you brush your teeth, brush your tongue and roof of your
mouth. Gargle with 50% Hydrogen
Peroxide and 50% water. FLOSS!! with mint floss. and finally
chew sugarless gum. This helps me.
Brush your teeth twice /three times a day with a mouth freshening tooth paste.
Avoid eating spices like ginger /garlic often.
You might be having tooth /gum/lung/sinus infection.Take care of them if any with doctor’s consultation.
Do Pranayama and yoga to help clearing the meridians and lungs.
Don’t shower. In a couple of days no one will care about your bad breath.
bad breath originates from the back of your tongue where most of the germs live that cause bad breath, you should defo use mouth wash and like above either listerine which fights plague and bad breath and strongens teeth as well as stops gum disease so its does more than provide you with a fresher breath! or you should aquafresh mouthwash which is really powerful and defo does the job!!!! if you go into tesco or any good store you’ll find a whole range of different solutions!
you should also brush before bed (twice a day) to prevent bad breath too, so when you wake up you breath wont smell as bad!
chew minty gum during the day too which helps keep the breath fresh aswell!
