Bad breath is caused often because you haven’t brushed and flossed well .If you don’t keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they’ll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamon chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. reallyreally strong gum
well since you know you have it, i think the only thing you can do is keep something in your mouth like a sweet tast…..ice breaker sour is good but if you have something in your mouth and it does not cover the scent you might have to go to the doctor to get something cause if you have an infection in your gums it could make a bad smell
use Listerine, gargle in mouth for 30 seconds and rinse out
I always brush my tongue in the morning and at night. It helps to "curb" bad breath.
Although i have no idea what the cure is… i use ECLIPSE gum, thats basically the only thing that helps 4 me, except for winterfresh to… good luck!
