I also have a perforated eardrum. But I don’t want to go to high costs as I really cannot afford expensive medical costs for this Poste Nasal Drip. Please help. And thanks for all the replies to my last question. Much appreciated.

Try a health food store for what is called a Neti or Netti pot. Also available on the internet. The pot is filled with a warm saline solution and you run the solution through your nostrils. Sounds gross, but works incredibly well. Instructions will come with the Neti Pot. The cost is about $20 Do not use iodized salt, use regular sea salt. I was turned off with idea but when I tried, I found my breathing improved and the post nasal drip was kept at bay, especially before going to bed at night.
saline spray called "ocean"
This runs in my family, and we’ve all had surgeries, etc. to try to cure it, and nothing worked until I did the following: I got a neti pot (just like juncogirl3 mentioned in her answer). The salt solution didn’t work, but I found a product that did: Alkalol. (Note the spelling, its not alcohol). Any pharmacist can get it for you. The company sells only this product, and its been around for 40+ years. I found the neti pot didn’t work as well as a small bottle with an eye dropper in it. Fill the dropper full with this solution, lean your head over the bed and put the liquid in one of your nostrils, using the eye dropper. Put it in the other nostril. Let is sit for 10 seconds or so. You want the solution to get as far into your sinus’ it can. Blow your nose. Repeat as necessary every 15 minutes or so. It cured mine, my mother’s and my sister’s problem. Good luck.
