If it is not due to bad teeth or a gums problem and is actually an internal problem then a table spoon of high strength liquid chlorophyll every morning can help. It deodorizes your interior and also promotes a healthy digestive environment.

You should have a dental checkup and it could be stomach problems too.
Have you told your dentist about this? I think there is something they can prescribe to help.
It’s good that you drink lots of water and have good dental hygiene. But also if you don’t eat healthy then that can cause gingivitis which in turn, can cause bad breath. When I say healthy I mean don’t eat a lot of junk food and plenty of fruits and veggies.
Also, believe it or not, garlic of all things is a natural cure for bad breath. You can take garlic pills to help and just chew some gum after you pop the garlic pill to get rid of the garlic odor.
get your teeth cleaned.
You are doing well except you need to learn just a little more about bad breath. Most bad breath is caused by bacteria on the tongue that produce the bad smells. You can see this bacteria as "white stuff", especially on the back of the tongue. This white stuff must be removed to get rid of bad breath. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner because it is both a brush and a scraper. Works really well. Mints, gum, mouthwash, toothpaste do cover up bad breath for a short time, but they do not get rid of bad breath. Remember, to cure bad breath you must get rid of the cause of bad breath.
