Is there a cure for bad breath?
Nothing I try seems to work. It seems like I’ve read and tried everything. Nowadays, I’m extremely subconscious about my breath whenever I talk to others. Remember the Seinfeld “close talker” episode? Well, with me, it’s the exact opposite. I’m the “far-away” talker!
I mean, when you’re trying to talk to a chick, bad breath certainly doesn’t make a great first impression! The whole thing is kind of comical and I try to keep a positive attitude about the whole thing, but the truth is, I’m tired of having bad breath. Help!

Allen, at least you clearly have a great attitude when it comes to your bad breath problem. Don’t take this the wrong way, but your post gave me a chuckle. You’re not alone, many people struggle with bad breath.
There’s an article I found on the Internet that you might be interested in reading. Basically, the article tackles the problem of bad breath from the perspective of 3 experts: Naturopath physician, Dietician and a Dentist.
The article gives advice on supplements you can take, the kinds of foods you should avoid, to the proper way to take care of your mouth, from your teeth to your tongue! I know you said that you’ve tried “everything”, but you can’t go wrong with expert advice. I hope you win your battle with bad breath!
Brush your tongue.
It could be your diet. Eat more vegetables and lay off the garlic and onions. Also, drink at least 64 oz. of water per day. And buy a tongue scraper. And gargle with listerine every morning and every night before you go to bed. Try using the tongue scraper while you are in the shower and then immediately rinse with listerine.
actually no there isn’t… there are ways to prevent it. Like that guy said brushing your touge is good. Chew on a mint leave or some parsley, make sure you floss.. gum is an obvious..
This is was causes bad breath..
OXYGEN! that’s right.. when you don’t get enough into your mouth your mouth doesn’t breath.. it’s just like underarms the less oxygen they get the more stinky they get. So when you go to bed at night, your mouth is close and that’s why you get morning breath…
hope that helps
Try a tounge scraper, it scraps off nasty germs that a toothbrush doesnt. Also Altoids or breath drops.
You can buy the tounge scraper at the grocery store by the toothbrushes and toothpaste.
P.S. that is a funny episode of Seinfeld though!
Peppermint is a herb well-known for its distinctive flavour, parsley leaves have been used as a remedy to combat bad breath and celery seed oil acts as a deodoriser. Fresh Breath provides you with 4mg Peppermint Oil, 3mg Parsley Seed Oil and 3mg Celery Seed Oil which all work from the stomach up, neutralising odours within the body right up to the mouth.
This provides a much more effective and long lasting freshness compared to mints and mouth sprays that only coat the inside of the mouth.

the best thing that works is listerine! use that before u go out and carry around a pack of mint tic tacs or gum and pop them in your motuh when ever u feel like u got bad breath! i feel like that alot to i always tyr to look down when i talk haha
Maybe u should go to a dentist to find out if there is an underlying reason. That would help.
