I brush my teeth once at night with a mouth wash and once in the morning after I get out of bed. Every other nights, I use water pik substituting for floss, but I use mouth wash every night and use the tongue cleaner every night as well. How can I get rid of bad breath? Any tips? Please explain.

I’ve had a lot of cats in my lifetime, but my 3 year old cat is the first one I’ve had who has bad breath. It’s unbearable!
I will be switching cat foods soon. As soon as this bag runs out, no more Whiskas! But, I don’t know if that is the problem.
I have seen breath fresheners for dogs, but none for cats.
I am going to mention it to her vet next time I take her in to see if it is feline halitosis. I have heard of people brushing their cats’ teeth, but my cat would never, ever let me do that. Is there anything I can do to freshen her breath at home?
Thanks!
P.S. Feel free to chuckle if you would like. I know I would.

My breath always smells bad. I’ll brush my teeth, and use mouthwash. And 10 minutes later it smells like I haven’t even brushed them. How do I keep my breath smelling good?

I think food particles are getting stuck under the gumline and I can’t even clean back there by flossing. Is this causing rotting-food bad breath? I already listerine but it doesn’t seem to help. How can I clean bacteria near my wisdom teeth? Will I eventually need to extract them b/c of cavities?

Over the past few days my husband has had really bad breath and it was really bad especially over the weekend. I could smell it from his breath and when he breathed through his nose. He tried rinsing his mouth with mouthwash and of course he brushed his teeth several times. He also tried lemon water and his breath still smelled funky. What would cause really bad breath and what can he do to get rid of the bad breath?

I have tried everything possible to cure this!! I bought online mouthwash treatments called pro-fresh that helped for a while (about 2 years) then I guess my body became immune to it b/c I’m back in the same predicament. I floss and use a tongue scraper TWICE a day! This is very embarrassing and I haven’t asked my Dentist yet just b/c its so shameful. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Chewing mint gum makes me sick to my stomach for some reason, so what’s a great fruity or other type of gum flavor that will still kill my bad breath?

Although no one has complained, I feel I have bad breath. I always have a bad taste in my mouth especially a while after I brush my teeth even! When I wake up in the morning is when I feel it the worst. (Or is it Worse?..lol) anyway, save yourself the “clean your teeth” speech. I do brush at least twice a day but religiously before I go to bed and after I wake up. What is it? What other remedies are there? I am tired of chewing gum 24/7.. I have not tried the tongue cleaning tools. I don’t want to eat lemon. My teeth are bad enough. Any home remedies? Anything I am not aware of? Surprise me! I’ve done it all. What is next? gargle Ajax? HELP

Without hurting someone’s feelings or being too direct, how can you let someone know that they have bad breath?
My teacher has bad breath and so does the girl next to me.
I have thought of offering them mints, but even that may be a bit direct.
Any suggestions?

If oral sex is given by someone with horrible breath, can some kind of vaginal infection occur? Would it be a yeast infection or something even more serious? Please only reply if you know what your talking about…..I have been curious about this for a long time now…I saw a similar question on TalkSex with Sue and have been very curious about this since then…..

I ate activia yogurt for a little over a week and my husband mentioned my breath had been smelling bad… I just had my teeth cleaned so I was sure I didn’t have any tooth problems and I am in good health.. I stopped eating the yogurt and my breath returned to normal in just a couple days, so I KNOW that dannon activia yogurt gave me bad breath…
anyone else experience this?

Even after brushing your teeth thoroughly, not smoke, no drinking, is there anyway of avoiding bad breath and dry mouth first thing in the morning? Mouth wash is meant to make it worse as it dries out your mouth and causes the bad smells right? So what’s the solution?
Problem is just mornings. Fine throughout day. Brush my tongue and everything.
I floss like mad and spend 5mins brushing my teeth AND tongue everynight.

My classmates breath is making my eyes water. I offered her gum, and she said no. What do I do? I’m about to faint from trying to hold my breath for so long.
I can’t moved. It’s an assigned seat!
