My toothpaste and mouthwash work but
only for a limited time and sometimes I don’t have gum so
I tried to avoid getting really close to peoples face because I know
I have bad breath, so is there any simple at home treatment or anything I can do to reduce it or get rid of it?

You need to start by getting a professional cleaning. Having gingivitis or periodontitis can cause bad breath. Next, you need to floss everyday. Your toothbrush does a good job on the areas you can see, but only floss can get to the bacteria between your teeth. Bacteria is what’s causing the smell. Brush at least twice a day, the most important time being before bed.
Drink water. Flushes out your mouth and keeps it fresh
Mostly its important to keep your mouth clean, and healthy. If you have cavities, get them sorted out. Make sure when you brush, you also brush your tongue and cheeks. Make sure your diet is a healthy one, garlic, onions, curry, things like that can cause bad breath too. Keep mints in your pocket, or those little breath strips, and rinse your mouth with just water if you feel like its really bad. Just swish it around to get rid of any food particles and other things like spices and odor causing elements.
Good luck
Chewing on parsley sprigs keeps your breath fresh.
Toothpaste and mouthwash are just the beginning. In order to keep your breath fresh, try a tongue scraper.
After brushing and flossing, use the tongue scraper to remove bacteria from your tongue. Then rinse with mouthwash.
Tongue scrapper’s are sold at most stores that sell dental hygiene products.
After eating at a restaurant, there is usually a garnish of parsley left on your plate. It is not only there for presentation. This garnish can be used as a breath freshener. Don’t be embarrassed to eat it! It will help in a pinch.
Make sure you scrub your tongue when you brush.
Try stronger mouthwash.
Floss;; food particles between teeth are often the reason for bad breath.
You should probly clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Also don’t forget to floss regularly. And remember always use mouthwash
Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Brushing, flossing and using alcohol-free mouthwash are the essentials in keeping bad bacteria at bay and prevent bad breath. You should also never forget to scrape your tongue because this is where most of the bacteria live. Keep yourself hydrated, avoid having dry mouth. There are other causes of bad breath, namely acid reflux, diabetes, and other underlying health problems. The best thing to do is to consult your dentist and have the Halimeter test.
