The cause of bad breath for most people is them not flossing and not cleaning their tongues… tooth brushing alone (even with mouthwash) is not enough to keep bad breath at bay. Floss once a day and use a tongue scraper in addition to brushing at least twice a day and using mouthwash.

You must have your teeth professionally cleaned every 6 months. Otherwise, food gets trapped under the gum line, rots, and smells.
