When you first start chewing the gum, the flavors mask any bad breath. The sugar in the gum actually promotes the growth of bacteria on your tongue. Drink plenty of water and avoid sugars and dairy products. I know easy to say but they promote bad breath. Read this free ebook, it explains what causes bad breath and how to get rid of it for good even if you do eat sugar or dairy products.
i also wondered why, it sucks huh
